Physiotherapy-led, bespoke Pilates classes.

Mat-based (with exercise equipment on tap if necessary). You’ll be rewarded notably more attention with our one-to-one or group sessions with a maximum of only 2 people.

This way, your practice can be scrutinised with significantly more hands-on correction time.
